The mission of Victory Outreach Pomona is the same mission Jesus gave his followers: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. 

The Vision

The vision of Victory Outreach Pomona is create a community of authentic believers and to witness a city transformed by the life changing reality of the gospel, as people come to know Jesus as their lord and savior. 

Statement of beliefs

VICTORY OUTREACH POMONA HAS BEEN IN EXISTENCE IN THE POMONA VALLEY FOR OVER 43 YEARS. SINCE 1981 WE HAVE MADE A POSITIVE AND OUTSTANDING IMPACT IN THE CITY OF POMONA AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES. COUNTLESS FAMILIES HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIND NOT ONLY A PLACE OF COMMUNITY BUT ALSO BELONGING WITHIN OUR DOORS.

DURING THIS TIME WE HAVE HELPED HUNDREDS OF INDIVIDUALS FIND A NEW WAY OF LIFE IN CHRISTIANITY. VICTORY OUTREACH IS A NON PROFIT, CHRISTIAN MINISTRY CALLED TO THE TASK OF EVANGELIZING AND DISCIPLING THE HURTING PEOPLE IN OUR INNER CITY COMMUNITIES.
WE'VE ALSO DONE SPECIALIZED WORK HELPING INDIVIDUALS THAT SUFFER FROM ADDICTIONS, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, AND VARIOUS SOCIAL ISSUES THAT ARE PREVALENT WITHIN OUR INNER CITIES.

THESE SERVICES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FREE OF CHARGE TO ALL. VICTORY OUTREACH POMONA IS UNIQUELY DISTINGUISHED BY ITS FUNDAMENTAL BELIEF IN GOD'S LOVE AND THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF HIS LOVE FOR HURTING PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE.

Men's Ministry
Victory Outreach Pomona Men's Ministry is committed to raising up men from every walk of life to become the leaders God has called them to be through biblical discipleship, prayer, genuine fellowship, and the teaching of God's Word, empowering them to develop Christ-like character and make a lasting impact in their homes, churches, communities, and beyond.
More than building friendships, our Men's Ministry cultivates a brotherhood with purpose, equipping and encouraging men to answer God's call while growing together through meaningful fellowship, local church gatherings, regional events, and international conventions that strengthen their faith, reinforce unity, and inspire them to fulfill the vision of Victory Outreach.

Women's Ministry
Victory Outreach United Women In Ministry  is called to the task of evangelizing and discipling the hurting people of the world with the message of hope and plan of Jesus Christ.

This call involves a commitment to train, develop, inspire and instill within women the desire to fulfill their potential in life with a sense of dignity, belonging and destiny.

Victory Outreach United Women In Ministry  serves as a financial support base to world missions and works hand in hand with the vision of Victory Outreach International to accomplish the task before us.

Student & Young Adult Ministry
At Victory Outreach Pomona, we have devoted decades of ministry to developing the personal, spiritual, and leadership lives of people across every age group. Through innovative and relevant strategies, we continue to reach this generation in the midst of complex and often tumultuous environments.

Third Wave reaches a broad and diverse spectrum of young people—from urban communities to church-raised families—unified by one vision and one mission.

Children's Ministry
Victory Outreach Kidz G.A.N.G.
 is called to the task of evangelizing the children of the world
to fulfill their destiny and purpose in Jesus Christ.
 
This call involves a commitment to
Envision, Equip, and Empower the descendants of Victory Outreach to make an impact and a difference by sharing
the love and hope of Jesus Christ in the inner cities of the world.
 
Victory Outreach Kidz G.A.N.G. is commissioned to
continue the Legacy that has been set before us with
conviction and passion.
 
We accomplish this by raising finances through Run4Hope and
 U.W.C. Kidz Club to support a Worldwide Vision.

The Victory Outreach Pomona Home is a ministry of our local church dedicated to reaching men and women whose lives have been impacted by addiction, brokenness, and life-controlling challenges. More than a residential program, it is a place where individuals encounter the transforming power of Jesus Christ, discover their God-given purpose, and begin a new life grounded in faith, hope, and restoration.
At Victory Outreach Pomona, we believe no life is beyond God's reach. Through biblical discipleship, a Christ-centered environment, and the support of a loving church family, we are committed to seeing lives reclaimed, families restored, and individuals equipped to fulfill the calling God has placed upon their lives. Our Home exists to raise up men and women who will become examples of God's redeeming grace in their homes, communities, and around the world.
Our foundation is built upon three biblical principles:
